Who Should Register?
Students

Students who are interested in studying a Bachelor degree, Master degree and Higher Degree by Research can register to attend. Once they register, they’ll receive a confirmation over email with their unique link to login on the platform. A meeting ID and password is not required to connect with the University of Sydney over video chat.

When students visit the platform, they share their registration information only with participating institutions. We do not share student information with any other third parties.

Parents

Parents should register with their son/daughter’s information.

School Counselors

Please feel free to share this opportunity with your current and recently completed year 12 students and encourage them to register. Please write to us at international.recruitment@sydney.edu.au to receive a personalised login for your students.

Student FAQs

This event is free to attend.

Students can directly visit the different faculty booths and interact with the advisors via video chat or text chat.

There is no limit for interaction with the faculties. Students are encouraged to interact with all faculties of their interest to expand their study options.

Yes. You have to SWITCH ON your camera and microphone while connecting during the video chat so the faculty counsellors can see and hear you. After your interaction, you can leave the video chat room by clicking on the ‘LEAVE’ button on your screen.

Yes. You can choose to text chat with counsellors of various faculties by keeping your camera “turned off” inside the video room. You can also communicate via email with your faculty of interest by clicking the ‘Send and Inquiry’ button on the faculty’s booth.
